If Pavel is the father of American Kettlebells I'd vouch that makes Shaun the father of South African Kettlebells. I ordered my first kettlebell (16kg) just over two months ago. These things rock! I have already lost 6kgs of unwanted fat (built muscle too). I have been following the ETK approach (pressing ladders, snatches and swings) three times a week with variety work in between and have completed the ROP with the 16kg bell. I am happier, healthier and thinner than i have been in a long time. What a cool way to get some exercise, lose weight , gain strength and get the heart pumping! Beats gym work any day! Kettebells are great fun - its very social and a good workout too... I am definitely stronger and fitter. Inspirational! In a relaxing environment you tighten your body, but open your mind. Kettlebells under Shaun and Marlise's guidance has done wonders for me. I am fitter, stronger, leaner and more flexible at 33 than i have ever been before. I enjoy coming and take it as an appointment that I don't want to miss. Am definitely losing centimeters! FANTASTIC! Classes are short and cliss size is small. Exercises vary all the time so all muscles get worked. I have firmed up and lost cm's and ton of weight. Benefits experienced - lost cm's and increased strength. Environment great, instruction great. I enjoy the variety in the workouts. It ha helped to build stamina and strength, relieve tension and backache to a certain extent. The classes are fun and very muscle gets exercised. I do feel more energetic and a lot stronger. Works every muscle in your body all within a thirty minute session. Really good and motivating How do I best describe training with Shaun? Let me put it this way.....If you want to do some training, go to gym. If you would rather be super human - then Shaun is your man. He systematically destroyed each one of the limits I imposed on myself and helped me to exceed every goal I've set myself so far. I'm fitter and stronger and in better shape now than I was at 20! He gets maximum results out of you because he puts the maximum effort into every workout, and has a wealth of knowledge which he gladly shares. |
