Q: Why will Kettlebells be good for me?
A: Kettlebell training is one of the most versatile ways to train if you want to
improve your overall fitness and strength. Kettlebells will give you an awesome
workout in half the time it would take with traditional methods.
Kettlebells will improve your functional strenght and functional mobility as we
concentrate on work your body as a whole. Most people cannot believe that
the feel a difference with the first week of serious training.
Q: What part of my body am I working?
A: Kettlebells is not an isolation workout. At any give time you are probably
working 60% of your lean muscle. This means that you
will get leaner, stronger and lose body fat much quicker.
Q: Who can do Kettlebells?
A: If you have 2 arms, 2 legs, and a desire to get results Kettlebells is for you.
No matter how young or old, fit or unfit you are you will enjoy Kettlebells. If
you are a professional athlete or a social athlete, kettlebells are for you.
Our clients range in age from 15
to 71.
Q: How long are the workouts?
A: Kettlebell classes are a half an hour. We start with a joint mobility warm up followed by the workout and then a short cool down.
Q: What do you guys offer that is different
A: If you are serious about your health Kettlebells for Africa is the right place to be. We are concerned for your overall health and
fitness and will challenge you to work out of your comfort zones, but within your capabilities. When you think you have
mastered it we will throw more challenges at you.
All our instructors are RKC certified with a mimimum of 4 years kettlebell experience. We affiliate to Dragon Door where Shaun
is a Senior RKC working on the certification courses. |
