If Pavel is the father of American Kettlebells I'd vouch that makes Shaun the father of South African Kettlebells. 
I've been involved in strength and conditioning for several years as a professional athlete. I've fought representing South Africa at the Brazilian Jiu-jitsu World Championships several times and I'm a professional MMA fighter (8-2), and as a chiropractor heavily involved in rehab. I've not only lectured on strength and conditioning at the Chiropractic Department at the Durban University of Technology but treated S.A and World Champion Power lifters Chris Dranias ,Neville Primich and 8 time Mr.Olympia Ronnie Coleman on his tour of South Africa.So I felt I was fairly knowledgeable regarding Strength & Conditioning. However I'm always amazed at how much I learn whenever I get to spend time learning from and chatting to you guys. Thanks again for another fantastic workshop!

Firstly congratulations to Shaun on becoming a Senior RKC Instructor. That’s good both for you guys and serious kettlebell training in South Africa. Secondly, thank you for an informative and professional seminar. Both instructors (Shaun and Marlise) worked well as a team and presented the information in a clear and enjoyable manner. Your professionalism, subject knowledge and enthusiasm was always clearly evident.

We were constantly learning but at the same time we weren't overwhelmed by the knowledge or unnecessary details. I was particularly impressed by how each exercise was broken down into key aspects which could be practiced and built on. Emphasis on technique and safety was always there with fault correction carried out in a positive manner.

Due to circumstances I train alone. This seminar gave me both an enjoyable experience and the skills to take my kettlebell training to the next level. Obviously the success of any seminar also depends on its participants. There was a good spirit and a great atmosphere. This was my first seminar, it definitely won't be my last.

I ordered my first kettlebell (16kg) just over two months ago.  These things rock! I have already lost 6kgs  of unwanted fat (built muscle too).  I have been following the ETK approach (pressing ladders, snatches and swings) three times a week with variety work in between and have completed the ROP with the 16kg bell. FANTASTIC!  Classes are short and cliss size is small.  Exercises vary all the time so all muscles get  worked.   I have firmed up and lost cm's and ton of weight.

How do I best describe training with Shaun?  Let me put it this way.....If you want to do some training, go to gym.  If you would rather be super human - then Shaun is your man.  He systematically destroyed each one  of the limits I imposed on myself and helped me to exceed every goal I've set myself so far.  I'm fitter and stronger and in better shape now than I was at 20!  He gets maximum results out of you because he puts the maximum effort into every workout, and has a wealth of knowledge which he gladly shares.
